Write to [email protected]. Replies come from the people who write the questions, usually within two working days.
If a question looks wrong
Use “Something wrong with this question?” under the answer in the app. It attaches the question ID and the bank version, nothing else about you. If you’d rather email, include the question ID from the bottom of the answer.
If you bought the pass and don’t see it
Open Settings › Purchase › Restore purchase on the phone signed in with the Apple Account or Google account that bought it. Refunds are decided and paid by the store you bought from. The Refund page has the path for each store.
If you want your data
Settings › Your data › Export everything writes one JSON file with your answers, misses, bookmarks and mock scores. It is free and works without the pass.
